A developer and funder needed independent, date-stamped progress evidence to support valuation and pre-empt disputes. Traditional site visits are expensive, subjective and leave no auditable record. Payment certifications can be based on incomplete visual evidence.
Pledex would capture the site on a monthly cadence, layered into an auditable visual history across the build programme. Each capture would deliver date-stamped imagery, orthomosaic site plans and a written progress summary shared with contractor, developer and funder.
