Accessibility Statement

Pledex Group is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. This statement explains our approach to accessibility and the steps we have taken, in line with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 as a voluntary best-practice benchmark.

1. Standards We Follow

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA wherever practical. We use semantic HTML, keyboard- navigable components, sufficient colour contrast and descriptive alt text for content images.

2. What We Have Done

• Used a responsive layout that works on mobile, tablet and desktop screens from 320px upwards.
• Ensured all interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields) are keyboard accessible with visible focus states.
• Provided descriptive labels for all form fields on the contact page.
• Used a minimum 44px touch target for buttons on mobile devices.
• Ensured text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios against backgrounds.
• Provided alt text for all content images.
• Used ARIA labels for icon-only buttons (menu toggle, delete actions).

3. Known Limitations

• Some decorative hero images use empty alt attributes (alt=“”) as they are purely visual and do not convey information.
• The 3D model viewer uses a 3D canvas which may not be fully accessible to screen readers; we provide text descriptions of each deliverable alongside the viewer.
• Third-party embedded content (if any) is outside our direct control, though we aim to work with accessible providers.
