3. Enquiries and Quotes

When you submit an enquiry via our contact form, we will respond within one working day. Any quotes or proposals we provide are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A formal engagement is only formed when both parties sign a written proposal or contract.

Pledex Group provides commercial asset intelligence services including digital twins, condition surveys, construction progress monitoring and asset documentation. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or contract agreed with the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Pledex Group or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission. Deliverables produced for clients are licensed to the client under terms specified in the individual engagement contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pledex Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, as specified in the individual contract.
