A facilities team managing a multi-storey London office relied on outdated, clipboard-based condition reports. Roof inspections required scaffold access and MEWPs — expensive, disruptive and slow. Without a reliable record of condition, supporting insurance, audit or lease renewal was difficult.
Pledex would capture the full building envelope — roof, façades and every elevation — in a single site visit. Imagery would be processed into a navigable 3D model, orthomosaic plans and a structured condition report with standardised grading.
